Hotel Boryna - Rabien

Well what can I say,  first I was trying to find out where I could eat some wonderful steak that I had the chance to taste and try at a party in Lodz, I called the distributor who gave us the name of the Hotel run by his daughter. We happily called and made a reservation for the day after, few hours later we where called back by the receptionist confirming the reservation confirming also that they did have the steak we where looking for. We where all happy and drove for one hour discussing the wonderful taste of the meat and quality that we where going to have, when we did arrive at the hotel reception, we where greeted happily and told that yes we had a reservation, yes it was confirmed but sorry there was no table and there will be no table available because given to other parties. What we where offered was to come back later on in the evening and get a discount. Frankly I did not care at that point as the disappointment on the way we where treated was so great, and they did have our contact number to advise us of any change in our reservation and booking.

Well what should I say, drove for an hour to taste some amazing steak and been treated badly after our reservation was confirmed twice.

Very sorry to say this but I do not recommend any kind of booking to the Hotel Boryna restaurant, because as I have discovered it does not really mater.

Hotel BORYNA w Rąbieniu

Cóż mogę powiedzieć... najpierw próbowałem dowiedzieć się gdzie mogę zjeść wspaniały stek, którego miałem okazję pokosztować na jednej z łódzkich imprez. W związku z tym, zadzwoniłem do dystrybutora i producenta owych steków z tymże pytaniem. Podał mi on namiary na Hotel BORYNA prowadzony przez jego córkę.

Uszczęśliwieni tą wiadomością, dzień wcześniej dokonaliśmy rezerwacji. Kilka godzin później recepcjonista oddzwonił do nas potwierdzając rezerwację oraz dostępność steków w restauracji.

Następnego dnia przepełnieni ochotą spożycia krwistego mięsa, jechaliśmy z przyjaciółmi i rozprawialiśmy o wspaniałości oraz jakości tychże steków. Podróż zajęła nam około godziny.

Gdy dotarliśmy do hotelu, rozpoznano nas i powitano radośnie: aaa to Państwo, to wy macie rezerwację! Ale niestety, przepraszamy nie możemy was przyjąć, ponieważ właśnie mamy duże przyjęcie, po prostu nie mamy dla was miejsc (.... !!!!???) Proszę przyjechać wieczorem, damy Państwu zniżkę... Szczerze mówiąc, w danym momencie żadne zniżki nas nie obchodziły, po tak długiej drodze, byliśmy zawiedzeni, źli i głodni... przecież mieli do nas numer telefonu... nie mogli poinformować nas o zmianach w naszej rezerwacji?

Cóż mogę powiedzieć... po niemal godzinnej jeździe dla skosztowania wybornego steku, poczuliśmy się zlekceważeni podwójnie, ponieważ podwójnie potwierdzaliśmy rezerwację...

Jest mi przykro, że muszę to powiedzieć, ale nie polecam robienia rezerwacji w tym hotelu, ponieważ nie gwarantuje ona niczego...
